With LandiCare, we offer you two supplementary service packages for maximum operational reliability and predictable hardware support: LandiCare Support Package (SP) for fast response times and express replacement - and LandiCare Warranty Extension (WE) for an extended warranty period with guaranteed processing time.

LandiCare Support Package
When time and availability are of the essence, LandiCare SP is the right choice:
- Warranty extension to 1, 3 or 5 years
- Response time: max. 4 hours (on working days, during CET business hours)
- Dispatch of a replacement device on the next working day
- Quick replacement of defective components
- Direct line to the support team
- Clear and documented service processes

LandiCare Warranty Extension
Extend the manufacturer's warranty of your appliance with LandiCare Warranty Extension:
- Warranty extension by 1 or 2 years (up to 3 years total warranty)
- Cost sharing in the event of a warranty claim (shipping costs: you there, we back)
- Maximum processing time of 30 calendar days (or 20 working days) after receipt of device
- Standardized RMA processing for plannable returns
